TAPERED PHOTOVOLTAIC POLES

The tapered poles for photovoltaic facilities we manufacture are suitable for application of standard photovoltaic panels and drum kit / and power .
Our poles are made of longitudinally welded tubes by induction ( in sheet ' steel S235 JRH - conforms to UNI EN 10219 ).
The tubes, diametrically different , are joined together by circumferential welding in correspondence of tapers .
For each pole performs the following operations:
- Cable entry slot ;
- Application of the plate grounded (or thread insert) .

The galvanizing is carried out by immersion of materials in tanks of molten zinc at a temperature of 450 ° C, where the thickness of the zinc coating and ' in accordance with the UNI EN ISO 1461.
In addition, our poles are manufactured in compliance with the UNI EN 40/5 and other standards correlation :
- Dimensions and tolerances : EN 40/2 ;
- Materials : EN 40/5 ;
- Specification for characteristic loads : EN 40/3/1 ;
- Verification by calculation : EN 40/3/3 ;
- Surface protection : EN 40/4 ;

Each pole also comes equipped with an adhesive label EC.

At the request of the customer can be made of steel piles with different characteristics :
- S275 JR ( Fe430)
- S355 JR ( Fe510B)
At the express request of the customer we can provide to completion, the intermediate arm to the pole for the ' armor, and lots minimum requirements , the structure of the door panel .
