TAPERED PAINTED LIGHT POSTS

Our lighting poles are made of tubes longitudinally welded structural induction, made ​​from sheet 'steel S235 JRH conforms to UNI EN 10219.
The sections, diametrically different, are joined together through circumferential welding in correspondence of tapers, after cold deformation of the parties concerned to 'graft.

If buried line, at each pole are made to the following processes:
  - Cable entry slot;
  - Application of the plate grounded (or thread insert);
  - Terminal board slot.
  On top of all of the poles are calibrated by means of a shank
  (H = 200 mm and diameter = 60 mm), suitable for the installation of street lighting and accessories.

The galvanizing is carried out by immersion of materials in tanks of molten zinc at a temperature of 450 ° C, where the thickness of the zinc coating and 'in accordance with the UNI EN ISO 1461.

In addition, our poles are manufactured in compliance with the UNI EN 40/5:
  - Dimensions and tolerances: EN 40/2;
  - Materials: EN 40/5;
  - Specification for characteristic loads: EN 40/3/1;
  - Verification by calculation: EN 40/3/3;
  - Surface protection: EN 40/4;

Each pole also comes equipped with an adhesive label EC.

At the request of the customer can be made of steel piles with different characteristics:
- S275 JR (Fe430)
- S355 JR (Fe510B)

132x38-door mail slot to 1500mm from bottom of the pole in the center hole

Processes on poles taller than 6 m

- Pocket grounding mail to 900mm from pole base
- 186x45 wire loop placed at 600mm from bottom of the pole in the center hole
- 186x45 mail slot door to 1800mm from bottom of the pole in the center hole

All poles are supplied with label and / or CE marking.

At the request of the customer performing special processing to the posts:
  - Door cut flash with pole
  - Square or circular base plates in various sizes according to the type of application
  - Pairs with reduction rings
  - Ring drip or stop
  - Reinforced door slot where nececessary
  - Welded steel sleeve or shrink sleeve applied
  - Adjustable arm or flange

At the request of the customer the finish of the pole can 'be powder coated according to RAL international scale.
