OCTAGONAL POLES

The octagonal poles straight from sheet metal (8 sides) are made through the curvature in the later stages of trapezoid sheet steel S235 JR (according to the UNI EN 10025) and the facing longitudinal edges are welded after bending through an automated process certificate RINA.

For each pole performs the following operations:
- Cable entry slot;
- Application of the plate grounded;
- Terminal board slot.

The galvanizing is carried out by immersion of materials in tanks of molten zinc at a temperature of 450 ° C, where the thickness of the zinc coating and 'in accordance with the UNI EN ISO 1461.

In addition, our poles are manufactured in compliance with the UNI EN 40/5 and other related rules:

At the request of the customer can be made of steel piles with different characteristics:
