CONICAL WELDED METAL SHEET POLES (STRAIGHT AND REVERSE)

The conical poles for lighting straight from sheet metal are produced by press-bending circular trapezoid sheet steel S235 JR (according to the UNI EN 10025) and the longitudinal edges are welded after bending through an automated process certified by RINA.
For each pole performs the following operations:
- Cable entry slot;
- Application of the plate grounded (threaded insert);
- Terminal board slot.
All our poles comply with a standard taper of 10% with a top diameter of Ø = 60mm suitable for the installation of street lighting and accessories.
The galvanizing is carried out by immersion of materials in tanks of molten zinc at a temperature of 450 ° C, where the thickness of the zinc coating and 'in accordance with the UNI EN ISO 1461.
In addition, our poles are manufactured in compliance with the UNI EN 40/5

At the request of the customer can be made of steel poles with different characteristics:

All poles are supplied with label and or CE marking.

At the request of the customer performing special processing to the posts:

-Door cur flush with pole
-Square or circular base plate. Dimensions and thickness on request according to the type of application and type of pole
-Coupling with decorative reduction rings
-drip-ring or stop
-Reinforced door slot where necessary
-welded steel sleeve or shrink sleeve applied
-adjustable arm or flange
        
At the request of the customer the finish of the pole can 'be powder coated according to RAL international scale.
