The marks and logo which appear on this site belong to L.D.T.. They cannot be used without the preventive written agreement of L.D.T..

Possible names of products and registered marks stated in the published material are the respective societies’ property.

In any case, anyone who would like to buy products must consider not only this information but, furthermore, he/she has to assure himself/herself about the real nature of the products and their real fitness to the usage which he/she intends to do. In no case L.D.T. will be deemed responsible for any direct or indirect damage, caused by the usage of this site. Information included in this site can be technically imprecise or vitiated by typographic mistakes. Information can be modified or updated without notice. L.D.T. can also improve or change products described in this site, without notice.

L.D.T. does not undertake any responsibility regarding materials present in sites where L.D.T. has a connection link. Anyone who decides to visit a site linked to the site L.D.T. undertakes the responsibility to take all the necessary measures against possible virus.

Information received by L.D.T.

In conformity with the art. 13 of the Leg. Decree n° 196/2003, L.D.T. with head office Morrovalle (Macerata), Contrada Fontanelle, 33  as deal's owner, will use the information received to answer to requests and for marketing and promotion purposes. These purposes contemplate the carrying out of the collection, recording, preservation and data processing operations in order to assure their reserve by our society.
The data deal's responsible is the director of the personnel department, domiciled for this charge care of the head office of the society to whom you can apply, so as provided for by the art. 13 of the Leg. Decree n° 196/2003, regarding every inquiry related to the data's deal. Anyone who sends material which does not contain personal data guarantees that the same can be published and accept to consider L.D.T. irresponsible for every action made by third people regarding this material.

General sales conditions

The acceptance of orders is subject, in any case, to following conditions:

• Delivery terms are not binding.
• The goods are rendered ex-works.
• Sampling are always supplied carriage forward and invoiced.
• The goods travel at buyer's risk whatever the means of shipping, both in carriage forward as well as in free port.
• The buyer cannot claim neither total or partial cancellation of orders nor indemnification for delays or reductions of supplied caused by acts of God.
• Prices present in this price-list can be changed without notice and obligation of preventive communication.
• Payment will be considered valid if made directly to our headquarters.
• The Value Added Tax (VAT) is charged to the buyer.
• It is established that the Judicial Authorities where L.D.T. has its headquarters will have jurisdiction over all controversies, however, we reserve the right to bring actions at any other competent court.
• Sales through electrical material distributors.

Since our products are constantly being improved, the merchandise supplied may have different details and measurements from the dimensions and illustrations in this publication, therefore, the indicated quantities, volumes and weights are not binding.

Items on request

Items marked "ON REQUEST" are not normally present in our stock. Delivery time and prices must be defined each time depending on quantities, production availability and necessary time to retrieve the materials.
